Translated from the Russian by W. Horsley Gantt, M.D. with the collaboration of G. Volborth, M.D. and with an introduction by Walter B. Cannon, M.D. Garrison-Morton 1440. Garrison-Morton assigns priority to the International Publishers Edition, and does not list the Liveright imprint. This is the first of the Liveright imprint, published just a few months after the International Publisher's imprint. Pavlov is remembered as one of the greatest physiologists and psychologists to ever have conducted research.
