A prize binding from the college of St. Stanislaus, an award for first prize in grammar to Reginald Sidgreaves given on August 1st of 1890 (according to the prize bookplate on the front pastedown). With a frontispiece and an engraving on the title page, also with ten full-page illustrations and several in-text engravings. With contributions by A. Lang, W.G. Grace, R.A.H. Mitchell, and F. Gale.
