Title page printed in red and black. The title page has a printed imprint of Moscow and FLPH and a stamped imprint with the London publisher and the year of 1956. Illustrated with a frontispiece portrait of Marx. Text taken from later French and German translations, some of which were worked on by Engels. The Foreign Languages Publishing House was organized in the Soviet Union and operated from 1946 until 1964. This volume is one of many that the publisher produced, translating Marx's oeuvre into several different languages for a wider readership. Draper ST/M92.
