This copy housed in a custom clamshell brown, green, and grey cloth case, gold lettering and gold rules on the spine of the case. The interior lined with marbled paper. APG 009f. BAL 3337. Ahearn and BAL notes they have seen copies bound with and without the ad on p. [592] and do not assign priority to this point. Both do assign priority to the point on p. 242.
